Building productive relationships through understanding, acceptance, and appreciation of who we are.

The Who We Are Counts Institute® was created to develop and deliver customized training programs based on the Who We Are Counts® principles for presentation to different groups.

Who We Are Counts® is a unique training and development program, which creates an environment where human relations are strengthened through understanding, acceptance, and appreciation of Who We Are.

By identifying the personality styles of the participants, we are able to help people understand who they and others are, as human beings. Knowledge of that information allows them to be more productive in both their personal and professional lives.

The overall objectives of the Who We Are Counts® program are:

  • To develop a better understanding and appreciation of Who We Are as human beings
  • To learn how Who We Are impacts how we give and receive communication as well as how we function
  • To gain a better understanding of how Who We Are influences our value system
  • To learn how to identify Who We Are and apply this knowledge to build more productive relationships.
